В условиях глобального дефицита традиционных белковых ресурсов (рыбной и соевой муки) и необходимости утилизации органических отходов, развитие инсектотехнологий приобретает стратегическое значение. Чёрная львинка (Hermetia illucens) рассматривается как наиболее эффективный биотехнологический объект для конверсии биомассы в высококачественный кормовой белок и жир. Расширение доказательной базы применимости продуктов переработки личинок в рационах продуктивных животных является приоритетной задачей современного животноводства Российской Федерации. Статья представляет собой комплексный обзор фундаментальных и прикладных аспектов выращивания Hermetia illucens. В первой части рассматриваются физиологические особенности насекомого: короткий жизненный цикл (около 41 дня), уникальная морфология пищеварительного тракта полифага и способность к активному подщелачиванию субстрата. Описаны механизмы работы ферментативных систем средней кишки и роль микробиома в адаптации личинок к различным органическим отходам — от пищевых остатков до навоза КРС. Во второй части проанализирована эффективность биоконверсии. Установлено, что химический состав конечной биомассы напрямую программируется составом субстрата: углеводистые диеты способствуют накоплению липидов (до 57% жира), а белковые — синтезу протеина (до 62% в обезжиренной муке). Особое внимание уделено минеральному профилю личинок, отличающихся исключительно высокой концентрацией кальция (до 8–9%) и способностью аккумулировать микроэлементы из среды. Рассмотрены технологические параметры промышленного производства: оптимальная влажность субстрата (60–75%), плотность посадки и влияние механического измельчения отходов на скорость метаболизма насекомых. Третья часть посвящена детальному анализу химического состава продукта. Аминокислотный профиль характеризуется высоким содержанием лизина, лейцина и валина. Липидная фракция уникальна преобладанием насыщенных среднецепочечных жирных кислот, в частности лауриновой кислоты (до 59%), обладающей выраженными антибактериальными свойствами. Таким образом, личинки чёрной львинки являются универсальным сырьем для создания экологически чистых высокобелковых и энергетических кормовых средств. Биомасса обладает стабильным аминокислотным профилем, а её липидный состав может быть целенаправленно модифицирован через диету насекомых. Продукты переработки Hermetia illucens способны эффективно заменять дорогостоящие компоненты комбикормов, снижая импортозависимость кормовой отрасли.
